These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name]. If you use LinkAvora on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process, display and distribute it as needed to operate the service, including publishing your business pages.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content — including prices, availability, claims and images — and for having the rights to use it.
AI features prepare drafts from your material. They can make mistakes. You must review AI-prepared content before publishing; publishing is your decision.
Orders, bookings and enquiries are requests between you and your customers. LinkAvora is not a party to those transactions and does not guarantee them.
Paid plans are billed in advance in INR through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. [Refund policy to be defined.]
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate it.
We work to keep LinkAvora available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, plans and limits, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
You may stop using LinkAvora at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. You can export your data before your account is closed.
